Ladies Day Competition 2026

Get ready for one of the most glamorous highlights of the Galway Races Summer Festival โ Ladies Day, taking place on Thursday, 30th July. Whether you’re showcasing your style, millinery, or race-day elegance, this is your chance to compete for some incredible prizes.
How to Enter
Online entries open at 6:00pm on Wednesday, 29th July.
You can enter online using the link provided.
For those who prefer to enter on the day, simply visit the Ella & Jo Sign-Up Wall located in the Fashion Marquee.
Please note that you do not have to sign up for Ladies Day but it is recommended to ensure you are seen by the judges.
Event Schedule
- Gates Open: 11:15am
- Judging Commences: 11:30am
Our judging panel includes:
- Mandy Maher
- Charlene Flanagan
- Laura Fox
Rather than remaining in one location, the judges will walk throughout the entire racecourse enclosure, seeking out the most stylish attendees and ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be seen.
For online entrants, if the judges would like to see your outfit in person, you will receive a phone call and be invited to attend the Fashion Marquee at 1:00pm. Please note that you must be wearing the same outfit that was submitted as part of your online entry.
Finalist Selection
Throughout the day, the judges will award 30 finalist badges to standout contestants.
All finalists must report to the Fashion Marquee at 3:00pm, where 10 finalists will be selected to take to the stage for the grand finale.
