Fashion takes centre stage once again at the Galway Races Summer Festival with the Most Stylish Competition, taking place on Friday, 31st July 2026. Show off your race-day style for the chance to win an exceptional prize package and be crowned the Most Stylish attendee of the day.

How to Enter

There are no online entries for Friday’s Most Stylish Competition.

Simply arrive in your finest race-day attire and enjoy the day. The judges will be walking throughout the racecourse enclosure looking for standout style, elegance and individuality.

Event Schedule

• Gates Open: 2:15pm
• Judging Commences: 4:00pm
• Winner Announced: 6:20pm

This year’s judging panel includes:

• Shirley Delahunt

The judges will circulate throughout the entire enclosure, seeking out the most stylish attendees and ensuring everyone has the opportunity to be seen.

Finalists

Throughout the afternoon, the judges will award finalist wristbands to those who catch their eye.

All finalists must report to the Fashion Marquee at 6:00pm, where the judging panel will select 5 finalists to take to the stage for the grand finale.
