The planning is well underway for Ireland’s largest horse racing festival, the Galway Races that takes place from Monday 31st July to Sunday 6th August for one action packed week. Today Galway Racecourse proudly announced a new sponsor to their race week programme, ‘Kinlay Hostel’ located in the heart of Galway City.


Kinlay Hostel have signed a two-year sponsorship deal with Galway Racecourse to sponsor the sixth race on Sunday 6th August, ‘The Kinlay Hostel Irish EBF Auction Series Maiden’ a two-year-old Maiden race. Commenting on the new sponsorship, Chief Executive of Galway Racecourse Michael Moloney said, “we’re delighted to welcome Kinlay Hostel onboard for the Summer Festival. Kinlay Hostel is an award-winning property located in the heart of Galway and is a great offering for our customers who are attending the Galway Races as part of a group with family and friends. The property has recently undertaken a fabulous modern refurbishment and they operate a thriving business, welcoming both Irish and international visitors to Galway.
